HOW DOES EPIC DETERMINE PRICING?
MOST OF OUR SERVICES ARE PRICED BY SQUARE FOOTAGE. SOME SERVICES LIKE PEST CONTROL ARE PRICED BY THE LINEAR FEET OF THE STRUCTURE WE ARE TREATING. YOUR PRICE IS CUSTOM TO YOUR PROPERTY SO YOU ARE ONLY PAYING FOR WHAT WE ARE SERVICING.

WHEN DO I NEED TO WINTERIZE MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM?
WE RECOMMEND SHUTTING DOWN YOUR SYSTEM BEFORE NOVEMBER TO AVOID FREEZE DAMAGE.

FERTILIZATION SERVICES
IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD DO BEFORE MY FERT APPLICATION?
TALL GRASS SHOULD BE MOWED A DAY OR TWO BEFORE THE APPLICATION. DO NOT MOW YOUR GRASS ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPLICATION AND DO NOT MOW 2-3 DAYS AFTER APPLICATION.
IM GETTING AN APPLICATION TODAY, IS IT SAFE FOR MY PETS? WHEN CAN I LET THEM BACK OUT?
AS SOON AS THE APPLICATION IS DRY (USUALLY A FEW HOURS IN COLDER/WETTER WEATHER) YOUR PETS SHOULD BE SAFE TO GO BACK ON THE LAWN.
THERE IS A FLAG IN MY YARD. WHAT DOES IT MEAN?
WE HAVE CUSTOM COLORED FLAGS THAT COORDINATE WITH SPECIFIC SERVICES. THE FLAG COLORS HELP OUR STAFF COMMUNICATE IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS FOR EACHOTHER AND YOU AS OUR EPIC CLIENT.
